Our Story
Gill & Sons Developments Pty Ltd grew out of generations of hands-on building experience across Melbourne's suburbs. What began with small residential renovations and extensions has grown into a full-service property development and construction company, working with homeowners, investors and business owners throughout greater Melbourne.
Today we manage projects from the first site inspection through to final handover: feasibility and site assessments, town planning and permits, design coordination, construction and project delivery. Whether it's a dual occupancy build, a townhouse development or a commercial fit-out, we treat every project as if it carried our own name on the letterbox — because it does.
As a registered Australian company (ABN 91 702 751 746), we operate in line with Victorian building regulations and the National Construction Code, and we hold our trades and consultants to the same standard we would demand on our own homes.
